She knows her stuff, and was friendly and humorous during my visit. A role model for all health professionals.

The question is more what I think of the entire Feldman operation. I was primarily "seen" by someone named Emily, who never identified her position and who apparently has no formal training in medicine. She asked the major questions and cleaned my ear. I could've had a friend do that for a lot less money. Dr. Malaisrie was v. pleasant but spent not more than three minutes with me. My condition was not satisfactorily diagnosed and I am still experiencing discomfort in the area around my right ear. I don't necessarily blame the doctor for this - she appears to be under pressure to "get them through" as it's all about money. I will need to see another doctor elsewhere.

My problem isn't really with the Dr. but the office.

This was a very brief appointment, so much commentary is not possible. She seemed unaware that I am a physician, but many professionals don't look very closely at the patient paperwork and this wasn't important.

I thought that the Doctor was very friendly. This is very important for a new patient such as myself. I would told others about her based on my visit.

It was ok. It seem like I was wasting their time. I will not go back to this doctor. The staff wasn't very friendly and un-professional
