He was great. His practice policy/staff left something to be desired. Dr. Rowe is a plastic surgeon, not a dermatologist and although I told his staff i was visiting for acne, they still had me see him just to collect my copayment and have him refer me to a dermatologist. That's bad service, even of he himself was knowledgeable and a great help.

Dr. Norman was very nice, and his assistant was very helpful. However, the office overcharged me significantly (more than double)... a shady move. And so goes the saying "the rich get richer".

Very nice. I actually went in for a "treatment", not plastic surgery, and the doctor explained everything to me. I am now thinking about having a couple of elective procedures done with the doctor.
