While he is an informed doctor, his bedside manner needs help. Apparently a medical student came into my room first to ask me a series of questions. When Dr. Badero arrived, he ignored me and was rough with the student. When I saw that he was not interested in greeting me, I tried to take the initiative to introduce myself to him. He came off annoyed, waved his hand and told me that he was trying to teach the student. After a few minutes, he then looked up, as if I just magically entered the room, and put on a fake smile and greeted me. Very strange. I work in a medical school so I know how students are taught to deal with their patients and this is not the way.

He was a nice doctor but picked up his cell phone while he was in the room with me. I didn't think he really cared about my illness because he is more of a cardiologist than anything.

Wonderful doctor. Very thorough and knows his stuff. The wait time, however was unacceptable. I made the appointment for 4PM. I was asked to come early at 3PM and was not seen until close to 5PM.
