As always, the doctor and staff were prompt, friendly, and professional.

Dr. Memar was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even saved me money by not charging for something that most offices would have. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Dr. Memar's office is very nice, his receptionists are helpful, and I was seen right away. He took plenty of time during the exam to ask questions and explain different treatment options.

Dr Memar is no superficial dermatologist. He didn't try to needlessly sell me on procedures or medications. He explained the simple science behind what was happening and was patient and personable.

Dr. Memar is very friendly and knowledgeable. He does not push any procedures or treatments that are not necessary, which I really appreciate.

His waiting room was full which I thought was a good sign meaning he has happy customers. But, after waiting 30mins to see him, I realized he just squeezes in as many people as possible into appointment slots. He was late for my appointment, about 30mins late. His nurse finally came to get me, took notes and then I waited another 10 mins to see him. He rushed through my appointment. He wasn't explanatory when going over treatments. I had to keep asking questions, and he kept trying to move on. Also, his front desk ladies were short with me too. I was disappointed. I'm not going back for treatment, I'm going to find another Dermatologist who isn't so rushed and takes the time to show he cares about me as a patient instead of an extra dollar. Side note: I just moved up here a year ago, I've been seeing Dermatologists for years and I've never had such bad service before.

Amazing

Dr. Memar is fabulous- friendly, clear, answers questions, doesn't rush the patient, explains what is at issue, alternatives. Most of his staff is terrific as well, with one glaring exception - an arrogant file clerk who says she's a lawyer(!)

This was only my first visit so I am interested in the results I need before making a true recommendation on his knowledge. His office manner was excellent and his assistants were calming and helpful too...

Dr. Memar had an emergency that day so I ended up going home without seeing him but I did wait for 1 1/2 hours.

Dr. M is the nicest most personable doctor that you will ever meet. I have been going to him for years. His staff as well are very pleasant and positive. He will not do any procedure that he feels you do not need like some places I have heard about that tell you that you are a mess and need every procedure that they do.

Dr. Memar and his staff are excellent. I will be returning and will also bring in my mother for a skin consultation. I also purchased merchandise from his store on the first floor. I do feel that the staff could have suggested his products or at least suggested to view what was available. (However, I understand that pushing products can leave a bad impression for a first time client.) But overall, I am VERY impressed and I will tell anyone who asks me if I know a good skin doctor to see Dr. Memar. A truly wonderful experience. Doctor visits tend to be very impersonal, but this was exactly the opposite. Bravo to Dr. Memar!

He is very personable and appears to be a competent physician. He came very highly recommended. We will have more information after the follow up visit, but for now we are quite satisfied and will probably continue using him as our family dermatologist.

Saturday appointments are a great service, but the staff couldn't handle the influx of customers.

Dr. Memar is a great doctor. He was quick and to the point. He didn't try to do anything extra, just what I was there for. He was patient and very upbeat. He even has some cool personal art around his office. Very nice waiting room, great view, and a great doctor.

Compared to other doctors, Dr. Memar took notes on all my skin issues. My past experience has been that one appointment only gets me diagnosis/treatment for one issue even though they might all be related. I'm looking forward to future appointments.
