It's a great experience meeting him as I felt he is one of the rarest breed of doctors who is genuinely nice and strikes the right chord straight away and wishes for the patients good from all aspects and not just from the medical angle. Highly recommended.

What a terrific doctor! He is so kind! The staff was so friendly and very patient with my tired and cranky daughter. They saw me right away and Dr. Lay was understanding about my daughter crying during my appointment. I left feeling like I was well-taken care of. Professional and informative! I bought a voucher for laser but it wasn't the best method to reduce scars for my face so he did the IPL laser anyways and allowed me to return for a free laser treatment!

Nice office, great receptionist, easy paper work ( I didn't have to tell my life story to get treated). Went in for excessive nosebleeds that had been going on for a weeks time. Doctor was great. Checked me out and explained everything, but most importantly fixed me up (cauterized a couple of blown blood vessels) in no time. I wish I had gone to him sooner.

Dr. Lay was very professional and thorough. Going to the doctor was never this easy. My only complaint was the wait time. My appointment was at 1:45 and I didn't see the doctor until 2:40 but even then it wasn't an extremely long wait
