Dr. Lay is a specialist Ear, Nose, & Throat surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery specialist who prides himself on delivering safe, natural looking results to his patients. Dr. Lay has a particular skill set in Asian Facial Plastics and Oculoplastic Surgery and performs multiple eyelid and nasal surgery procedures every week.
