it was fast and to the point. 15 minutes in and out!

The staff was warm and very helpful. I made an appt at 8:15 on ZocDoc and the office called me in less than 5 minutes. I made the appt for 10:40 and she called to let me know that spot had been filled. I explained to her the urgency of my appt and she told me they would work it out. I arrived at 10:30 to fill out the paper work and was seen by 10:47. Dr Betschart was kind, soft spoken and very thorough. I did not feel rushed even though it was an "emergency appt". Got a cortisone shot and a groovy "dancers pad" that helped right away. I am grateful they saw me so quickly because I was in a lot of pain!

Very efficient, non-nonsense approach. Staff are courteous, NO wait time ever (and I was even late for my appointment!). I was fitted for very expensive orthotics and thought for sure they would be disappointing, but they are AMAZING! Extremely comfortable and fit easily into dress shoes!

website was very easy to use, staff was very friendly. i was walking slow so i was behind schedule to get to the office and i called and told them and they where very accommodating, after filling out paper work i was taken in to see the dr. within 15 minutes. so far no major issues so i may not have to go back for a check up so i was happy with the results.

The office was a bit sketchy-looking/"under construction" feel, but once inside the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Betschart's manner is on the direct side (while I'm pretty chatty) but he presented the problem, the options, and was very efficient.

Fantastic experience. I booked this appointment after another recommended doctor (in Westchester) missed my appt booked SIX WEEKS AGO. I saw this doctor the same afternoon. When other doctors made it sound like I needed major surgery, this doctor did casually and efficiently. Bonus: his office staff found out that my co-pay was less than what is printed on my card.

Dr. Betschart was great! Friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, focused. This was not my first visit to Gramercy Podiatry but it was the first time I saw him. Every doctor on staff there is excellent. I recommend them all the time.

I thought the front office staff was slow and unprofessional (loud, not concerned with getting patients in), however the doctor was outstanding.
