Dr. Goodman is skilled in preventive healthcare and the treatment of both acute and chronic health conditions. He believes strongly in the importance of continuity in your medical care. As such, Dr. Goodman will personally see all appointments made for him, and will directly care for patients that require hospitalization, sub-acute, or nursing home care.
The office offers readily available scheduling, as well as evening hours on Wednesdays. In addition, same-day appointments can be made and blood draws are done conveniently on the premises by skilled medical assistants.Dr. Goodman believes patient care is best delivered through a collaborative relationship between a patient and physician. He will personally help coordinate all aspects of your care to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment. As an affiliate of St. Joseph Healthcare Systems, he will provide access to specialized services such as behavioral healthcare, acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home care, hospice care, ambulatory surgery, fitness and wellness services as warranted.


Dr. Goodman was born in Princeton, New Jersey and has lived in New Jersey for the entirety of his life. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers College with a BA in Biology. Afterward, he received his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School (UMDNJ) in Newark where he was on the Dean's List. Post-graduate training in Internal Medicine was completed at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, University Hospital in Newark, and Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City. He has been in private practice in Wayne since 2005, prior to which he worked as the principal physician in a Diabetes Wellness Clinic for Indian Health Services in Oklahoma.
