Dr. Paul (that's what I call him!) always remembers my name and I go for physicals once a year, remembers our talks, my issues and I never knew how! He and his staff are very diligent, he takes his time and speaks with you for as long as you need his time. He's honest, respectful, kind and full of knowledge! I sent six of my friends to him and you should go to!

Dr. Llobet, his nurse and office manager Dave are simply amazing. Being their patient has been the best experience I have had a doctor's office. They are so helpful with my insurance and other providers and are very ginuine. Dr. Llobet always remembers my past visits and asks about my status on things he's treated previously. They were pretty thorough - EKG, blood and urine sample, but I was seen right away, didn't feel rushed, and out in 45 minutes. Dr. Llobet and his staff were friendly and professional.

After visting a few times, I am convinced that these reviews are almost entirely fabricated. In fact, I'm guessing most of the patients wouldn't even know about ZocDoc let alone write reviews. Anyway, the staff is friendly but never returns phone calls/test results without constnat prodding, the office is very shabby and Dr. L, while a good guy, seems a bit lacking in professional knowledge. Still, through this doctor's office I have accomplished what I needed medically.

I'm new to New York and was very Ill with complications due to Asthma. No one else was in the waiting room but I still waited almost an hour to be seen. I was then told I needed to do a blood/urine/EKG test.... which I've never been told was necessary. The nurse couldn't find my vein in one arm, so she fished around in the other as well. Then I had to take my shirt and bra off for the EKG and it was a very uncomfortable situation. Never once did the nurse ask me what I was there for -- If she had, she would have known not to give me a peak flow test (where you blow really hard into a tube). When I couldn't do it properly, she got frustrated with me, so I told her that I was there for Asthma. Her response was, "oh", and she didn't make me continue. The doctor was very nice, but he wrote me all sorts of prescriptions without even asking me what I was already taking. I will not go back. I felt uncomfortable with the whole situation and I feel like my privacy was invaded.

What a great doctor! I just moved to the states and was worried about trying to find the right doctor, but I'm so happy that I found Dr. Llobet on my first doctor visit. He explains things very well and is receptive to any questions. He's very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Another thing I loved is how he really took the time and it never felt like he was pushing me out of his office. He provided great advice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Llobet to any family and friends.

Most of these reviews are definitely bogus. I've seen Dr. Llobet three times over the last few months and the experience has been fairly good. However, since my prescription has run out and I needed to get a refill last week, I called his office seven, yes, SEVEN times and left messages each time for him to call me back. I still have not heard from him, which I find completely unprofessional. Not recommended AT ALL.

Paul Llobet is a great doctor, very friendly and I greatly value his expertise. Has a wide amount of knowledge and is open to many solutions. Wait time has been longer than expected but they were circumstantial at this point. Though I've only been seeing him a short time, I don't believe this is standard for his office. Highly recommended!

I found Dr. Llobet to be very personable, a good listener & pretty much everything I was hoping for. Using ZocDoc was a leap of faith, but it turned out well. I just wish they had a more respectable sounding name. What does the Zoc stand for? It's weird to go into a doctor's office and say "I'm here through ZocDoc."

I have to be honest--I'm pretty sure a lot of these reviews are dubious. The dr's office was filthy, there were roach traps in the bathroom, the dr said inappropriate things to me and never returned my calls after I had some blood work done. I won't be going back. Not recommended at all.

It's a new practice and although the wait time can be long, he is just getting started. He's an honest Dr who gives you real accurate feedback including detailed reports and tests. He also takes the time to sit and discuss the problem. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Llobet was EXCELLENT!! He is very thorough, not only with his physical exam, but with his questioning of your medical history. It was not a quick in and out situation as it seems is the case with most doctors these days. No wait - he even took me in early. He seemed to be a very straight forward and practical guy. Not the most fancy office I've seen, but I've got no complaints at all.

Exellent doctor. I received a comprehensive check up complete with EKG scan. I like his holistic approach, most doctors are quick to whip out the perscreption pad, but he really takes his time to find the real problems. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a real doctor and not a pill pusher.

I think that he is one of the best doctors I've met in my life. He's extremely practical, proactive, and professional. I have to say I am never the kinda person who likes doctor visit nor do I like to write feedbacks, but I wanted to take this opportunity to say THANKS to Dr. Llobet as well as sharing my great experience with others. It has been a very valuable and pleasant doctor visit. I always have negative impression about doctor visit, thinking that it's a waste of time; but unlike my experiences in the past, which most doctors would just let me wait for hours then rush me in and out in a few mins and write prescription targeting whatever I said bothering me. With Dr. Llobet, he actually took the time to get to know me and the underlying causes of my problems. He not only shared the medical perspective, but he also looked at things in a different perspective (such as my lifestyle, exercise routine, work habits, etc.) This not only changed my reluctance of visiting doctor, I also learned about how valuable to have a primary care doctor to seek advises for - afterall this is about me and my health, and without health, it's really hard to achieve other things in life. I must say Dr. Llobet is one of the few that truly prides and respects his own profession, and cares about his patients, and I have great respect for that. I agree of what he said about most of the times it’s really our mind that helps to fight the sickness that we have, and I must say, he opens up my mind and really saves my life! I still have my problems to deal with but at least I have a good start and was given a clear sense of direction to health and to life. Thanks Dr. Llobet! PS: my wait time was about 5 mins... he was very much ON TIME with all his appointments...

Like many others, my work causes me to travel constantly. In fact, I only spent about 25% of the year actually at home. This schedule makes maintaining professional relationships, such as a doctor-patient one, incredibly hard. So, when something does go wrong, you have no one to turn to. That is, until i found Dr. Llobet. Within 10 min's of meeting the good doctor, i felt right at home, as if he had been my family doctor for the last 20 years. He was knowledgeable, informative, and addressed my concerns immediately. Best of all, he has an uncanny ability to make you feel comfortable, and in good hands. Unlike so many of the doctors in NYC who simply rush you in and out to get the next one in...You become part of a quota that needs to be filled for the day. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Llobet to anyone seeking medical advice or looking for a doctor. You wont be disappointed.

I was unsure of using this method to find a Dr. but it was so easy. Dr. Llobet was one of the best Dr's I have been to. He listened to what I had to say and was able to explain my conditionn to me in a way I could understand. I also liked his approach to the "whole person" (stress, diet, exercise. There also is a stress management person who is available for nutrition counseling and free below the knee massage!
