both the doctor and the staff were very personable and made me feel comfortable. he listened to what i had to say, and suggested a next step (which i am taking!). i feel confident that he'll be able to help me with my issue!

It was great that I could get a last minute appointment, but it was a very short visit, a bit rushed.
