Patient Reviews for Peter Chien, MD, PhD
The overall visit was alright. He didn't really tell me anything groundbreaking...but he seems to be nice enough. One negative things that did stand out was how he ended the visit by saying that he will write a prescription, without telling me what it was, and leaving the room. Leaving me there in the room thinking 'Do I wait?, Do I go to the waiting room?' The front desk is extremely nice and helpful on the phone and in person.
Dr. Chien was great. Very friendly and very warm. The one negative thing that I have to say about this whole experience is that when I signed up for a time offered by zoc doc, the time was confirmed with me via email, but then a couple of days later I got a call from the Dr.'s office telling me that the time really was not available and so I had to pick something much later in the day or a different day altoghether. I was able to be flexible, so it wasn't a big deal, but still defeats the purpose of the site.
He was friendly and courteous.
very nice...direct... gave samples to try medicine out
He seemed very attentive and interested.
He is a good doctor gave the rationale of the skin problem that I have & the treatment that I needed. He is a very approachable doctor.
