Excellent visit. I arrived early and was seen early. The visit was very efficient but thorough and my questions were answered. Dr. Schoenfeld followed up with a re-test of my hearing (which I had forgotten that I needed to do), and I had the results before I left, less than an hour after I arrived. The only slight minus is the parking situation in the building (cramped, difficult to navigate, park via a parking attendant), but it works, and there is always the option of other public parking in the area.

His facetime was quick (probably because they run on time and there is rarely a wait)--but he was professional and attentive.

While Dr. Schoenfeld listened to me and took his time in seeing me, I felt that he was too casual in his approach, and did not provide much information beyond the questions I asked. While I was confident in his assessment, I left wanting to seek another appointment elsewhere. He has a casual, laid-back approach, which maybe was not the right fit for me.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Schoenfeld, but my impression has been great so far. First of all, I was seen right on time, which is so unusual for doctor's visit! He seemed very knowledgeable, explained to me what he was doing, answered all my questions, and was very efficient.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Schoenfeld. His reception staff was friendly and very helpful. He was very approachable; as he was diagnosing me he described exactly what he was doing and why. After an initial diagnosis, he recommended a CT scan of my sinuses, which he was able to schedule right away in the same building. I had a CT scan and he reviewed it immediately. The entire experience took only 90 minutes.
