My Son Jack, said he is very comfortable taking to you. He said you wanted him or his mom to email you regarding his new MEDs. He seems to be feeling a difference and doesn't give me a hard time about taking them. He said they made him feel good. All though he is still argues with my husband and me sometimes regarding the rules around the house and still is alittle implusive ,he took my keys w/o asking, and that's a big no, no since i have taken the car away till he pays me back the $$ he owes US. Thank you, Kay

Dr. Morlales is very good about picking up on you as a person. He seems young but does not seem to be an problem. I do recommend him for so many reasons. He listens well and ask all the right question. Great Doctor!

First appointment went very well - he answered all our questions, was clear in his explanations.

I was apprehensive at meeting with a psychiatrist in general. Dr. Morales made short work of this. He was polite,professional and immediately explained any term I was not familiar with. I would recommend him as a professional of the HIGHEST caliber.

My son is over 18 and his silence can be challenging, but Dr. Morales is patient, calm, and professional at every visit. He was able to gain my son's consent [to share info with me and my husband] by posing the question in a casual, matter-of-fact way, which was key to our son answering in the affirmative. In the 1st half of the appointment, he sees our son by himself and in the 2nd half he invites us to join them. In this way, there is an ongoing opportunity for my son to communicate privately with him. I highly recommend Dr. Morales, especially when dealing with individuals in their 20s and young 30s. He is easy to contact and gets back in a timely manner, which makes our family feel supported by someone who cares.

Dr. Morales never returns patient's phone calls. His voicemail is always full, and then you are asked to call his cell phone if you need a call back within the hour, and he has NEVER returned the call within the hour. It takes him several days (once even a week!) to respond to my phone calls. That is not good patient care.

I asked the doctor for the medical records, he doesn't provide it, normally the doctor should provide it to the patient, I need the medical records, if he can't provide it, I have to consider the other doctor.

I felt that Dr. Morales was extremely professional and obviously quite knowledgeable. He listened to my situation and discussed appropriate solutions. I am hoping that future will now be a bit brighter for me.

It was my first visit with Dr. Morales. Seems to know the direction(path) to start.

At 60 years old, this was my first visit to a mental health professional, and a psychiatrist at that. I was apprehensive. That lasted less than 5 minutes. Dr. Morales put me right at ease. He is very professional, but still has a good bedside manner and I could relate to him right away. I felt like my own opinion mattered a great deal and I feel I am going to get the results I have been hoping for. I highly recommend him.

I felt the doctor was very positive in his approach. We have only had one appt, but I believe that Dr. Morales will do his best to provide optimum treatment outcomes.

I don't write ZocDoc reviews until the 2nd visit with a doctor. You never know from just 1 visit. On both visits, Dr. Morales was genuinely and utterly thorough with asking the right questions to get a feel for my mind and my health. In the past, I had a horrible Dr. that just kept prescribing me more pills to "counter-act" side effects of other medications (a downward spiral that never ended). In his case, Dr. Morales instead made suggestions re which meds I could trim. Although he was running 15 minutes late on my 2nd visit, I feel very confident about recommending him to others.

Dr. Morales was straight forward, kept the appointment moving at a comfortable pace, thoroughly explained medical terms, and answered all my questions. This was my first time seeing a psychiatrist and I am typically extremely nervous patient, but I quickly found myself at ease during our session. Though I just went through my first visitation with Doctor Morales, it has hardly been the first time that I visited a specialist in his field, and without reservation I can state that Doctor Morales is absolutely wonderful. He was prompt, professional yet courteous, patient yet kept the conversation on track. He was not like most folks in his field that drag on conversations to just "pad" billable time. Doctor Morales questioning went to the core of the problems and he was quite elloquent and on point regarding a step by step process towards the betterment of our situation.
