Consumate professional/very nice person!

The doctor was very empathetic, and saw me immediately. She is very warm and personable, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Dr. Smerd was very thorough in her examination. She took her time asking plenty of questions in order to understand what was going on with me. Her office runs very efficiently. They actually squeezed me in a little bit earlier than my appointment time due to a problem with a later appointment time I had been given. I would highly recommend her.

The office was professional, the reception staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, and overall, I had a first rate experience. Dr. Smerd was patient, had a very nice energy and was extremely thorough. She took more time to sit with me and ask questions than any other doctor I've seen in recent years. I highly recommend her!
