ZocDoc may want to review its relation with this office. I arrived and they did not have my appointment on file and if I had not brought along my confirmation print out, there may have been an issue. That was one issue of several in which I had for this visit. I arrived 20 minutes early, due to being a first time visit, which made my entire stay, 3 hours. Dr. Goller was very much so satisfactory, and the office manager took prompt response to my final need to speak to a manager. It took the front desk five, count it, five times to correct data in which I filled out on a sheet when I came in...name and address....I was provided with incorrect information from three different people about obtaining contact lenses on premises and forget any type of satisfactory customer service up at the front desk. I have yet to see if my contact order will be correct when I come to pick it up, as before I left, I asked if I could pick them up, and they said I could not, then I received a phone message 10 minutes after I left asking me to quickly call the office so they can process my order and to let them know whether I would like the contacts shipped or if I wanted to pick them up. What happened in 10 minutes? Below standard customer service.

Wait Time
The Dr. was very attentive when we were able to see her, but the wait was exceedingly long even though we made an appointment.
