Dr Mitelman was nice and considerate, better than I would have thought from some of the previous reviews. She insisted on doing a blood work up and physical exam, which was very thorough for having come in for some lingering pain issues.

Not a great bedside manner, the exam was quick and not very thorough. Office staff was friendly and accomodating. She did take many tests, did not say much or ask any questions. Will think about changing docs.

There was no communication between the secretary and the office, so there wasn't any warning about the wait times. This doctor could vastly improve how patients experience her practice simply by being honest about delays and contacting patients before they show up in the waiting room. If I'm home sick and you're an hour late, I'd rather stay in bed for that extra hour than spend it in the waiting room! Once you get in to see her, though, she's a professional and caring doctor.

she made me feel very comfortable talking about everything. Once I got in the examination room, everything went very smoothly and there was no down time. Her waiting room was very crowded by what seemed to be very satisfied customers. That made the wait feel worth it.

Dr. Mitelman was very attentive and professional. This was the most thorough and informative routine physical I have ever had. Highly reccomended.

The doctor is really good and professional, also very nice. strongly recommend, the only thing is that you have to wait, so don't plan to make it during your lunch, but it worth it to spend extra time and get real help

Although she was running an hour behind schedule (my appt was for 5:45pm and was not seen until about an hour later), I will most definitely return to Dr. Mitelman. While with me, she took the time to go over all of my questions and concerns and did not rush me. She even spoke to me for 10 minutes as I was checking out. Dr. Mitelman genuinely cares for her patients and you will see this first hand during your first visit. She is amazing and I highly recommend her!
