While Dr. Ahmadi was very professional and accomodating, the business model of his office is way off. Having sat at the office for over 2 hours, while waiting to be seen (with an appointent, of course), I determined that the scheduling approach there is to book 10 people into every 1 hour slot and make them wait to be seen. This make this office a factory, not to mention the resulting smugness of the reception staff. This office defeats the purpose of ZocDoc.
