I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was taken in and seen. Within 5 minutes of arriving I was called in. Dr. Volney was in within 5 minutes. She was very pleasant. She answered all my questions which was very nice. She is thorough and professional. I am very happy with my new doctor. I switched from another office because I always waited lengthy periods in the waiting room and then felt rushed out of my appointment. Dr. Volney was wonderful. I felt very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about my first visit!

I saw Dr. Volney for the first time last week. She is very direct, she is brutally honest, but I get the sense that she truly cares about her patients and wants to assist them as best she can. This lady knows her stuff, and I'm lucky to have her as my physician. I wouldn't trade her for anything.

Since moving and having the task of finding a new PCP, it took me two months to find the PERFECT Doctor. Dr. Raquel Volney is the kindest, most thorough, professional and trusting Doctor I h ave ever met. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. Spends time explaining things that many Drs. in the past have not done. I highly recommend Dr. Raquel Volney for your PCP!

I saw Dr. Raquel for the first time today as my former doctor retired due to illness and I absolutely loved her!! She was very thorough and so easy to talk to! I was recommended to her by the staff at my retiring doctor and I couldn't be happier! The staff that works with her are also awesome!! Highly recommend!!
