Dr. Raymond Yung MD, FACS

I thought he did not want me as a patient. When I told him the problem about repeated colds. He told me several times that I should go to an allergist. He rushed me out of the office and gave me three RXs, only one of which my medical insurance company would fill. He put a contraption in my nose and told me I didn't have polyps or an infection, neither of which did I complain of. The visit lasted all of 3 minutes tops. I will never return. I was made to feel extremely unwelcome.

Dr. Yung and his staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. My treatment was efficient, effective and I was immediately put at ease. Having not had treatment by an ENT before, Dr. Yung and the staff listened and acknowledged my contributions to my case, and paid attention to details with regard my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Yung to anyone seeking excellent treatment in this field.

Wait time was crucial. Maybe, they need to notify the staff to know who comes in as a patient and what is their situation- even though we notified the patient is in a lot of pain, took more than 1 hr to have patient be seeing by the doctor.

He was friendly and professional

doing well, i should have asked him for sign language interperter in case future deaf patient needs his service.

He was professional and was able to diagnose me quickly. I did need to ask questions to get full answers, like possible side effects to the commonly-prescribed medications.

Facilities are exquisite. Really beautiful and modern. Maybe he was just a little too busy that day. His PA was phenomenal though!

I waited to be seen for an hour and then when the doctor finally came in, he spend 5 minutes with me. I came in with a terrible ear pain but he said he didn't see anything wrong and just gave me some antibiotics. I was still in pain after the fact and had to go see another doctor.

The office staff was freindly and courteous in a very clean and professional setting. We loved Dr. Yung! He was engaging and his concern for my son seemed very genuine despite us being a first time patient! I would definitely recommend him! Thank you Dr. Yung

It was good and quick

I thought it was great i made the appointment 2 hrs prior to the visit. When i got there i fill out paper work and they called me in. I will be going back.

I was impressed by Dr. Yung's throughness. His PA as well as the doctor asked all the right questions to determine treatment. I'm looking forward to my next office visit and an audiology test. Saves me from going on another appointment somewhere else. I'm very happy I found him...and I'm optimistic I'm going to get well for good.

Dr. Yung was very attentive and interested in my medical history. I have a complicated history of sinus problems and surgery, and he really took everything into account during my appointment and seemed eager to begin working with and tracking me to better treat my condition. This is much more than I can say for my previous doctors. He also had a great way of explaining things clearly and making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about his observations and recommendations. I am very glad I found Dr. Yung.

He was very personable and efficient. I didn't feel like he was rushing me out of the door, but he wasn't dilly dallying either. He gave the information I needed in a straight forward manner and cracked a joke or two.

I think Dr. Raymond Yung is a great ENT. The one thing I was worried about was the wait time and there was none. He was a great doctor and I will go to him if I ever have a problem with my ears.

He seemed a little rude because I took my daughter in with me and when she got up to sit on the chair, he came in and told her to stop moving the chair because she will break it. He could have asked her in a nicer way but didn't. He also wanted to charge me an additional $100 for a hearing exam when they are free at other offices.

Dr. Yung was very efficient. He was very precise and clear and explained his diagnosis well.

Excellent end friendly staff, very good Doctor

Dr. Yung himself was very courteous and professional. The wait was a bit on the long side, but that may be because it was my first appointment, and Dr. Yung apologized for the wait, saying they were particularly busy that day. The waiting room is large, bright, and clean.

I made the appt at 8am for 4:15 that afternoon. The waiting room was nice. The administration staff were nice and attentive. I had practically no wait time. The dr was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was clear from the start that he knew his stuff. I will definitely make Dr. Yung my permanent ENT doctor now.

Courteous and professional staff. Doctor listened and didn't talk over me. Told me what I needed to hear for my own good. Thorough and to the point.

Went in to get ear wax cleared in both ears. He cleared one and said he sort of did the other one. 30 minutes later the sort of ear was back to being clogged. Waste of time if you have more than one problem. Also was overbooked so it took over an hour to see the doc.

Waited for 40 mins. Not too bad but the place is very crowded and small. Saw the doctor, then he told me to wait for hearing exam. Then they somehow forgot about me sitting right in front of them, and I ended up being the last person out of there. The doctor actually left, and just told his colleague (female doctor) which I ended up seeing. She was nice and patient. Staff not the best.

Great doctor - but the wait was a bit too long!
