The appointment lasted about 3 minutes, but I waited for 45 minutes for the appointment to start. Unreal.

Great visit. She was very thorough and had a good bedside manner.

She was great, better than my primary for sure and I was thankful I decided to go with her as my specialist.

She was very nice. I liked that she explained everything to my 5 year old daughter before doing it, it made my daughter feel OK with the whole process. My daughter did very well with her, and my daughter HATES going to the doctor! Dr. Kennedy was great!

Dr. Kennedy is very professional and sensitive in her bedside manner. She did not rush the appointment and did everything she could to make me comfortable working with the delicate inner ear. I also showed up about 10 minutes late to the appointment and they didn't give me any trouble about getting in quickly. Plus I didn't have to fill out a bunch of forms even though this was my first appointment.

She gave me her full attention it was worth the wait . Highly recommend.

The process was very smooth from booking the appointment thru the office visit. The entire staff was very professional and personable. Wonderful experience!

Dr Kennedy handled my 91 year old mom very well. Mom isn't too trusting of people so I was a little concerned but all went well. Hooray!

More than anything I was frustrated with the wait time. I waited approx 45 mins. I spent about 5 mins with the doctor and then she dropped me off with the audiologist. I waited there about another 15 mins. If I go back, I will call to see how late the doctor is running.

It was my first visit and I would definitely use Dr. Kennedy again.
