Dr. Renata Gazzi MD

It's been a long time since I've been to a doctor, but Dr. Gazzi was wonderful and I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Gazzi is very thoughtful and capable.

There was a very long wait time, but that seemed abnormal. Dr. Gazzi listened to me and trusted that I knew my body best. She also handled the fact that I have multiple doctors who all need to receive test results and consultations very well.

The appointment was pleasant from the start. Since it was my initial the front desk was patient and help answer questions concerning insurance. The nurses were welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Gazzi has a wonderful bedside manner and did not make you feel rushed. She asked a gamut of questions and immediately ordered up tests for a concern that was presented. She even recommended a male doctor in the same practice that my husband can visit for his medical needs. Having just moved to Chicago a few months ago, it was wonderful to find a clinic and doctor that we can establish as out our PC contact on the first try!

Dr Gazzi (& Nurse Rochelle), super team ( there are a few other nurses that are excellent also, but the names escape my mind at this time, sorry). I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr Gazzi since 8-2006 when she came to check on my first baby and have been with her since. I hope we will be blessed to have her long after. Also, Dr Truti, Dr Walley and Dr Batteast are good as well (as my back ups). She has been a HUGE blessing for me and my family. May God bless her and her family for what an excellent job she is doing. Ameen.

Great Doctor she was patient understanding and more importantly she throughly educated me on my conerns and issues. With having had lost in doctors from past experience with other doctors, Dr. Gassi once again gave me hope. I want to clarify that the wait was only due to a new electronic system that is currently in the set up stages. I didn't mind waiting at all to know that the new system is beneficial for the staff and its patients. I figure if I waited that much it was the time I would have waited for my medication. You see with the new system they are able to electronically send over my perscription and all I had to do was pick it up at the pharmacy of my choice. Pure amazement! The staff was friendly and they had great customer service.

This was my first visit so there was registration and payment information that had to be provided and that was part of the wait time. The medical staff is professional, courteous, and competent, which fulfills my expectations of an office visit.

I thought she was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional! The only problem I had was the long wait before my appointment, but Dr. Gazzi was great!

This was my first visit. I was impressed by the neat and clean waiting area, the efficiency of the front desk receptionist. Dr. Gazzi was sweet, fast and knowledgeable. She's not out to make a dollar, she seems to really care. I was in and out and felt taken care of in under and hour.

Dr. Gazzi was very nice and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her.

She was wonderful and I'd recommend her to anyone!
