Doctor is great. His staff is not warm and friendly. I was kept waiting 35 minutes before I was even acknowledged and no one else was in the waiting room.

Very good visit. He does a good job explaining the details.

Dr. Kay is very detail-oriented and conveys genuine care for his patients. He fully explained the plan of care and was open to questions. I would definitely recommend this physician. However, his front desk could use a little work greeting patients in a timely manner, informing patients of expected wait time, and displaying professional demeanor.

Dr Kay apologized for the wait he indeed had a sick patient to attend to and I understood. He was friendly, thorough, and did not seem in a hurry to get me out of there. I felt he was there, listening to me throughout my appt.

Dr. Kay is always friendly and is concerned about every aspect of your health.
