He was the first doctor out of three that listened and understood my foot pain. He was thorough and had a plan for treatment that others did not offer. Wished I had seen him first.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Mendelsohn! His staff was fast, efficient and nice. I was 30 minutes early and taken back early. I didn't even wait 5 minutes for Dr. Mendelsohn. He listened to me and got right down to the problem and figured it out.

We had a very nervous, scared, 7 year old who needed a wart to be looked at. All he wanted was to hear the doctor say it wasn't going to hurt AND thanks to Dr. Mendelsohn he treated it pain free!

Dr. Mendelsohn and his staff were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the office was clearly overbooked. The front desk administrator was so busy answering phone calls and helping patients that it took her over half an hour to enter my information into the computer. I also waited for quite awhile in the room as the doctor would run out and see other patients, and the nurses forgot I was back there and were surprised to see me when I emerged from the room to ask if I should keep waiting. The office would benefit quite a bit from either hiring more staff or reducing the number of patients seen.

Like a lot of folks, I expect poor treatment, long waits, and a non-caring environment when I go to a doctor, because that is the norm. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. I have been putting off treatment for a longtime injury. Dr. Mendelsohn and staff were professional, friendly, and proficient beyond my every expectation. Amazing.
