My appointment was at 9am. was called at 9:03, and saw the doctor, had a minor treatment, and was out of there by 9:30!

My visit with him was good. He was straight to the point and made recommendations based on the questions I asked. His nurses do not smile though and made it a little uncomfortable.

Satisfied with the doctor - wait time was a little long = about 40 minutes.

Dr. Richard Rudnicki was professional and completed the procedure effortlessly. I would definately recommend his office.

He was very professional and was able to explain all the information and help us on the road to a better me.

His front desk staff needs to be better trained on greeting and interacting with patients. They are very short and non-verbal, just low on the customer service end. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited over an hour to spend about 4 minutes with the doctor. My appointment seemed very rushed when he finally did get into the room. I know some waiting is normal, but over an hour for 4 minutes of a consultation? Not ok in my book. My time and money is just as valuable as his.

Very professional, friendly and informative.

The staff was very polite and Dr. Rudnicki was very professional and answered all my questions to where I did not leave his office in doubt about my condition at all.

My visit was quite pleasant. Dr. Rudnicki was very thorough, efficient and professional. I would suggest that his nursing staff introduce themselves to the patient.

Way to long of a wait. Didn't even get to see the doctor until over an hour after my scheduled apt.

It was an excellent experience...everything was taken care of in a professional and timely manner.

Very happy with the quick scheduling he set up to get a Biospy done in 1 week because I am having a major surgery end of Sept. and will be in Rehab center want to get skin cancer taken care of won't be able to drive for 6 weeks after surgery. Felt he is doing his best to help me quickly. Have had 3 skin cancer removed in the past and always happy with the results.

Dr. Rudnicki attended to my dermatological needs in his usual highly professional manner. During the appointment time I am unable to tell him my off-color stories and jokes because there is always a female attendant in the exam room which seriously limits my ability to communicate. I guess it is better that way!!!

The visit with the doctor was fine.Was not at all impressed with the unprofessional attitude of the receptionist.

The staff and facility is nice. The wait wasnt long at all. He was very quick and efficient.
