Dr. Ritu Saini MD

The doctor spent literally 3 minutes with me. Didn't talk to me about my issue, history or preventive methods. Also Wasn't very nice at all. The she sent in the estheticion to sell me spa treatments. It was obnoxious. It's a week later and my prescription was never called in to the pharmacy. I would never go back there.

The wait time was minimal, the nurse and receptionist were very friendly and nice. Doctor Saini was good and extrememly quick...which is nice, however I would have probably liked more thorough explainations and wouldn't have minded spending more time in the office if it meant understanding what was going on with my skin a bit more.

She was professional and offered suggestions for well being.

Her receptionist told me she comes in at 9:20am, so don't book at 9am appt!

Waited slightly over an hour. Saw the doctor for 5-10 minutes and left with the same level of knowledge as I had before: I still don't know the condition, the cause or how i can prevent it. Re-prescribed a symptom reliever that I told her I have used before and asked me to follow up if the issue persists. No, thank you.

The doctor was nice, though her physician's assistant was much more helpful. The wait time was far too long (30 mins+).

I wish Dr Saini received me in person, and took more time to understand my skins problem. I found the appointment with her to be a little bit expeditive. Her assistant was fined though

appointment felt very rushed. did not care to hear out patient concerns, just seems to care about making money off of patients. the wash she gave me caused inflammation and a bad reaction, called office three times to speak with her, never got a hold of her. She also seemed to have a nasty attitude the whole time i was there. unprofessional

the wait was long due to the aftermath of hurricane sandy, but dr. saini was great. she was thorough, had great bedside manner, fully explained things, and even checked to see if there was more that she could do for me than what i had originally come in for.

Dr. Ritu and her staff are extremely polite and attentive. I did not feel rushed. She provided me with ample samples and actually sales her own line of wash which has been working wonders so far!

I found the office to be very warm and friendly. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Dr Saini was very professional and answered all of my questions. Dr. Ritu Saini was great-very friendly and professional. Both her physician's assistant and receptionist were very friendly as well. My only complaint is the 30+ minute wait time.

I had a one hour long wait. There were no apologies, but a brisk body scan. She did answer my questions but was trying to hurry it so I felt uncomfortable asking more. Then tried to sell me her products. I hate it when doctors and spas do that. I probably won't return to her. I want a doctor who is willing to spend time with me and be patient with my questions.

My appointment with Dr. Saini was great. She was very professional, easy to talk to and fast. I came for a check up on my moles/freckles. I definitely recommend that everyone go in for this type of check up each year.. I know I will definitely be back to Dr. Saini!

Dr. Saini is very smart, very friendly, have lot of patience to hear all my concerns, caring and easily took care of every concern expressed. I have been to several dermatologists in my neighborhood who really into making money and not really helping the patient however Dr. Saini changed my fears about dermatologist and increase my trust. The trip to her Manhattan office is long however it is really worth going all the way from Floral Park. I highly recommend Dr. Saini.

Very courteous and pleasant doctor to deal with. Knew about my concerns right away and went to work with the procedure to get rid of whatever I went to her for. Did it very quickly and efficiently - she made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Would recommend her, and would go to her again if needed.

Given the reviews I'd read and a full waiting room, I was prepared for a long wait time. But surpringly I was taken within 10 minutes of arriving and minutes after submitting my new patient paperwork. The doctor immediately came in and quickly asked me for my complaint, assessed it, and prescribed me meds with 5-7 minutes. Dr. Saini is very fast, to the point, and in and out so if you like a lot of attention and conversation she isn't for you. She's clearly all about efficiency so her bedside manners suffers a bit, but I don't mind that. Overall, I'd recommend her.

A very competent doctor. Great attitude and informative. Unfortunately every time I have been, the waiting room time is beyond excessive. Today I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

I was running late and they were kind enough and still accept my appointment.

Dr Saini was very outgoing and addressed all my needs. She remembered me from a year ago and took her time and didn't rush through the examination

Dr. Saini was great to talk to, listened to all of my concerns and addressed them with creative solutions. Haven't tried the medication yet so I can't comment on the efficacy of her solutions. Only complaint is that I waited FOREVER, not just in the waiting room but also after the nurse brought me back and I was waiting to see Dr. Saini.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saini for a little over a year now and already she has done wonders with my face. I would not trust anyone else!

Seemed like a nice lady but I really resent the fact that I had to wait over an hour when I had an appointment to see her. As an hourly employee who had to take time off work for a doctors appointment, I find the wait time extremely unprofessional. The staff was unapologetic. Unless you have a lot of time to kill, go somewhere else.

As a new client there was some paperwork to fill out and a short wait, which is certainly normal. She quickly figured out a regimen based on my needs and previous treatment, and I look forward to returning. The staff was great too!

The wait time is way too long and the receptionist is not always at her desk which makes getting in and getting out a little frustrating and they book too many appointments at the same time.

She seemed distracted and not fully engaged during my appointment. I told her what my last dermatologist prescribed me and she hardly looked at my face before agreeing and writing me a prescription for the same thing. I felt like she was really pushing her own products.

She's decent, but I've seen better dermatologists. I would maybe try someone else first. She's definitely nice and seems knowledgeable, but maybe she's just not as experienced as some of the other dermatologists I've seen?

I thought she was wonderful. She made me feel completely comfortable talking to her about my problem and she actually listened and talked about it with me. At no moment did i ever feel rush from my appointment. She explained to me exactly what i have and how we should come about it in a manner I would understand. Not just medical terms that nobody can understand. I am definitely sticking with Dr. Saini. Also the group in her office was great.

Dr. Saini and her nurse were great. She called my prescription in while I was still there so it was at the pharmacy waiting by the time I got home. She listened to my issues and did the most she could so it was cleared up in time for my vacation. Very insightful, would definitely recommend!
