I've had four pregnancies with Dr Berg and wouldn't trust anyone else. He is the best and his staff is always very friendly, kind and efficient.

Decent doc .personable . Unfortunately the equipment is old and they don't have a range of supplies to accomidate all their patients

The staff and the doctor were very nice, personable, and Dow to earth. Dr. Berg made me feel very comfortable.

I think the doctor should have an alert system if they anticipate the waiting time would be more than half an hour. The nurse simply told me everywhere is the same when I complained after waiting for an hour. It is very inconvenient for people to plan their time. If I keep my client waiting for more than an hour without giving a good reason, I could be fired. With today's technology, texting or calling for delay can be easily implemented to keep a better customer experience.

He's an extremely competent and personable doctor - great combination to have for an ob/gyn. I've been his patient for many years and I feel very lucky to have found him.

He was incredibly rushed and curt. The pap smear was unusually painful. He raced through asking me medical history questions and barely gave me the chance to answer, even though it took me 15 minutes to fill out my medical history in the waiting room, he clearly was just too rushed to read through it. The nurse was rude and when I offered my right arm for her to take blood, she said it would have made more sense for me to give her the left arm, because doing the right arm involved more work for her. I would definitely not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Berg is amazing. Wait time was not long and he made sure to answer all of my questions. Great office, staff was very nice.

Waited FOREVER to get into the appointment even though I was right on time. Staff was unhelpful and slow. Check in process was nice - everything was done on a tablet electronically. Doctor manner was fine. He clearly knew what he was doing and was very thorough and chatted with me throughout the exam, but I was still clearly uncomfortable asking him about certain things outright and when I tried to allude that there were other things I wanted him to check out, he brushed my questions off saying something along the lines of 'everything looks normal, so whatever it is, it's likely fine'. He looked rushed to get to the next appointment. I asked for lab work and blood was taken basically in a corridor - I could see the waiting room as I was giving blood. Didn't feel very sterile... but maybe I just have high expectations as my old gyno was in Texas and was one of the best in the country. Additionally, lab results took at least a week longer to come back than they told me and when I called to inquire about them, the receptionist couldn't find my file or any record of the lab work being sent out. I asked to speak to someone else, who, I admit, was very apologetic and took extra care to make sure I had the results, calling personally to deliver them. She was on damage control and was the best part of the experience. 3 stars because I trust that the medical exam was thorough and I trusted that the doctor knew what he was doing, but the experience was just unpleasant across the board.

Dr. Berg is very honest, take his time to answer (with very good explanation) to all my questions.

It took an hour and forty-five minutes to see the doctor, which only took 5 minutes. Other than the wait it wasn't a negative experience but it definitely wasn't worth the wait. I'm not sure I'll go back.

Dr. Berg is excellent. I has to wait a little longer because of a slight mistake but after it was rectified the service was excellent.

Extremely nice, professional and honest. Made me feel comfortable immediately. Totally going back to him and already recommending him to other women I know.

He was very friendly but took almost an hr to see the doctor.

I did not like the office staff- not professional at all. Lots of personal talk and not enough attention to the patient. Dr. Berg bedside manner is cold, I would have wanted him to be more friendly since a pap smear is really invasive. That was my second visit, I am going to find another gyno.

I was pleased to find one of the few general practice OB/GYN groups in the city that can treat me now and if I get pregnant. I like that they use technology to make the check-in process more efficient. Short wait time, good bedside manner. He was friendly, answered my questions, and didn't seem rushed.

Dr. Berg was great. Very relaxed and straightforward. The appointment was a little rushed but I felt like we covered everything I wanted to talk about and he answered all my questions.

So far so good. He made me feel comfortable and spoke to me quite frankly, which I admire and respect. Thank you, Dr. Berg! I think I have finally found my doctor!

Dr Berg is very professional and has a great sense of humor. Would trade my GYN for anyone else!

The wait is always a bit long but overall I have no complaints. I've been there a bunch of times now since I'm pregnant and I feel comfortable with him as my doctor. The staff is nice.

Shame on this office and shame on Dr. Berg for allowing his patient care to be so sub-standard. I had an appointment last February which was uneventful although no one ever called me to give me my test results after an abnormal pap. That is not such a big deal as I can always call them. However, I have tried to get in touch with Dr. Berg or one of his associates for the past three days. Although I wouldn't use the word "emergency" (I dont like throwing that word around), I was concerned about a medical issue I was having. I called 2x the first day, 2x the second day, and after calling 4x today, I was told that the woman "Carla" who I was to speak to, went home for the day. I have to say I am sorely disappointed. I am not pregnant yet, but clearly this is not an office I want to go to when it is that time. I just can't wait this long to talk to someone if something is wrong. So with much frustration, I am going to another doctor.

It was great. I'm happy to have found his practice.

This Doctor was not professional and I do not recommend him. He asked for a urine sample and they handed me a dixie cup instead of a sterile plastic cup for my urine. He then gave me my exam and when he threw his gloves away in the trash he missed the trash can and left the gloves on the floor. This office is not clean, and I do not recommend it.Did I mention that I had to wait 2 hours to see the Doc!!

He and his staff made me feel comfortable from the get-go. I'll definitely be seeing him on a regular basis from hereon in.

1hr and 15 min wait. On the plus side the couch was comfy.

I saw people on here complaining about his exams and his abrupt personality, so I was prepared for that. Yes, he's not "gentle" - but he was thorough, and I felt he didn't leave until he was sure that I had no more questions. I liked his humor, and I'm absolutely fine with his bedside manner. The pap smear was a little forceful, but they always hurt, so I wasn't shocked...I'd definitely use him again - as a matter of fact, I'm switching to him to use throughout my pregnancy, even if he is a little out of the way for me...

Dr. Berg is great! Straight-forward, efficient, and answered all of my questions. Also, his office staff was professional and courteous. The only major issue I have is the wait. It took almost an hour to be seen and, once I was set up in my gown in the examining room, another 15-20 minutes. I'll return (once/yr I can deal with the wait) but it would've been an absolutely perfect score had the wait time been reasonable!

Very nice, good bed-side manner, and quick!
