Dr. Robert Gluck MD

Dr. Gluck was extremely attentive and thorough during the initial consultation and subsequent follow ups and phone calls. Would highly recommend Dr. Gluck to family and friends looking for a highly professional, easily accessible doctor.

Dr. Gluck was courteous, attentive and highly professional in dealing with an extremely sensitive issue. His comprehensive approach with respect to the medical issue reflected his expertise in his field.

Excellent bedside manner. Very upfront and extremely helpful

Recognized my problem very quickly and knew who to see to treat it (after he diagnosed my problem, it was clear it was outside his expertise). He called his recommended specialist for my problem personally, on his cell phone, and made sure I got an appointment right away. His sense of humor is great, too.

I couldn't ask for more. He was incredibly nice, sensitive and knowledgeable. I hate visits to the doctor but he really put my mind at ease right away. His staff was also super fast and friendly.

My second time seeing Dr. Gluck and as with the first time he was patient, knowledgable and proficient with his care of me. Definitely recommend him!

Waited over an hour, was given less than five minutes, was not examined, told to make another appointment in two weeks, which I did. Long wait, short examination, no explanation, just handed a prescription and told to come back in a month. Doctors bedside manner is nonexistent.

Understanding staff quick service, and didn't feel pressured or uneasy. I look forward to working with him as a provider.

Very good doctor!

Dr. Gluck is great, but the office is not well run. They had no record of my Zoc Doc appointment, I waited 90 minutes, the staff was rude at best and the only question his staffed asked was "can I make your next appointment?" Once I saw Dr. Gluck he was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions.

Fast and efficient! Right on the money for NYC people.

Dr. Gluck listens well, pays attention to details and makes educated and adequate decisions based on acquired information.

The doctor had a good bedside manner. Was quick in his review (maybe a bit too quick) but overall impressed with his willingness to listen. He understood where I was coming from, so he took that into consideration as part of his review.

The doctor himself was great. He was friendly and very apologetic about the fact that I had to wait an unacceptably long time. However, his staff was terrible...5-6 assistants in the waiting room and I still had to wait almost an hour because they took way too long to process my insurance. It should have taken 5 minutes.
