This Doctor was curt, rushed, and insensitive about my discomfort with the tools he used to see down my nose and throat. He seemed to be accurate in his diagnosis, but his bedside and professional manner were shockingly lacking.

My appointment was at 3:45 PM. I arrived at 3:20 PM to fill out some paper work as it was my first time. There was a lady came before me for a 3:40PM appointment. Dr showed up at 3:42 PM, spent 2 minutes for a lady. Then, Dr. called me in at 3:48 PM and spent only 2 minutes. He sent me to CatScan (left ear) and to MRI or another catscan for my nose, & told "see you in 10 days". I cannot judge him now, since this is my first visit and it was only 2 minutes long. I will give another shot or two, then will be leaving detailed feedback. Look for my name later. At least he doesn't seem like those Doctors who put you wait for 1:35 hr and try to suck your insurance. But, we will see soon. OTABEK

Dr. Lerch was extremely friendly, put me at ease and dealt with my issue within minutes. I was comfortable throughout and would recommend him again in an instant.

Great visit. Dr Lerch was very knowledgeable and gave a quick diagnosis. He also had an allergist and hearing test specialist in the office making the visit very efficient and easy.

A very good experience with this physician. He was thorough and professional, identified the problem and prescribed the appropriate medication and a follow-up program to resolve it. An excellent support staff as well.

Everyone at this practice was very personable and friendly, I felt listened to and I felt I got good care. That's saying a lot these days, when going to a doctor can feel like being part of an assembly line.
