Brooklyn podiatrist Dr. Robert E. Mullins joined Progressive Podiatry in January 2009. He works alongside Dr.Evan Breth, in their family oriented, caring and state of the art practice. Dr. Mullins loves to interact with people. He chose to specialize in podiatry as it offered the opportunity to combine his passions and enjoy the challenges inherent to both medicine and surgery.
