Dr. Ronald Jacobs was born and raised in the Washington DC area graduating from Montgomery Blair High School. He then went on to graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park with honors in 1978, making the Dean’s List all 4 years. He then moved to Baltimore, Maryland where he graduated from The University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1982. He did his residency at The George Washington University School of Medicine specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Honors achieved included the best teaching resident for the medical students.
In 1986, he joined the practice of OB/Gyn Associates. His special interests include High Risk Obstetrics and Infertility.
Awards include, Washingtonians “Top Docs” since 1999.
He chaired The Holy Cross Hospital Gyn Surgery Peer Review from 2005-2007 and served on the Board of Holy Cross Hospital.
He is a member of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He is board certified.
He has 3 daughters, the oldest attending TUFTS University in Boston this fall and twin daughters that are going into the 11th grade at Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School.
