originally from Bangladesh, and has received extensive training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in allergy, immunology, and asthma. She is proud to serve the Houston area.
In order to stay on top of the most current research and findings on allergies, she attends conferences hosted by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. At the office, Dr. Hassan not only performs allergy tests but can also perform spirometry tests to help diagnose asthma and other conditions that may affect breathing. In addition, she’s able to administer Xolair to help patients suffering from allergic asthma.
Patients are treated politely and humanely by Dr. Hassan and her office. Dr. Hassan is involved in her community by helping to care for those in need at community hospitals and urgent care centers. When she’s not helping patients feel better, she spends her time reading, painting, and spending time with her three kids.…
The issue I have with this doctor is that she requires multiple visits just for a diagnosis. For me, it would have taken 4 visits total just to have a serum put together. In the past, my previous allergy specialists could do all this (consultation, allergy test, diagnosis) in one visit. So if you have the time, and money to spend on multiple office visits, then go for it. Otherwise, there are more efficient allergists out there.

She was very attentive regarding my needs and I left the appointment satisfied with my results.
