I was pleased with our interaction once it happened. However, it was a good 30 minutes or so past my appointment time before she actually came to the room where I had been taken. After a few minutes of discussion, she determined that I should don a gown for further examination. She handed me the gown and stepped out so that I could change, but then it was another 15 minutes or so before she returned! By that time I had gotten uncomfortably cold. I was not impressed by the reception. When I arrived, the young lady did not even look up to greet me. Nor did she ask if I was a new patient (which I was, and that always requires filling out forms). She did ask for my insurance card. After taking a seat and waiting a few moments, I returned to the reception window and told her that I was a new patient and asked if there were forms that I would have to complete. Sure enough, there were, and she gave them to me, without supplying me with a pen. Had I not had one, I'd have had to ask her for that, too. It seems to me that she should have handled my arrival much differently from the start. She should have greeted me as soon as I arrived, and asked me immediately if I were a new patient, and, finding that I was, issued to me right away the forms to be completed -- with a pen. In sum, I was entirely satisfied with my direct interactions with Dr. Toerge, but I found rather less satisfying other aspects of the visit.

Dr. Toerge was excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She diagnosed my skin problem and told me the medical terms for two different conditions I have and performed a full body check. I will definitely go back to see her again.

I really like Dr. Toerge a lot. I feel she was very honest with me and I will definitely keep seeing her. I was late due to rain and traffic and they accomadated me very quickly. This was a very nice visit and I would definitely recommend her!

This was my first visit with Dr. Toerge. The wait time was minimal, her disposition was pleasant, and she seems results-oriented. I have a follow-up appointment in six weeks and I'm actually looking forward to it (instead of dreading it).

The front desk greeted me by name & there was a miniscule wait time in the waiting room or exam room. Dr. Toerge was friendly, but most importantly listened to what I had to say. (That is a rare thing, as some doctors think they know more about your condition, simply because they have been to medical school... but they can't adequately diagnose you without first listening to the background information you have to share). Dr. Toerge has mastered that & makes you feel at ease to interject more information along the way, or ask questions about treatment & suchlike. In short: Dr. Toerge is highly recommended!

I was a little concerned by the packed waiting room and the wait (over 30 minutes). Dr. Toerge was friendly and professional. Good first impression. I'll see how the follow up goes.

Dr. Toerge did a great job at quickly diagnosing my daughters problem and the treatment she prescribed was very effective. The doctor also had a nice personality that made my daughter feel at ease.
