Dr. Sami Abbasi was born and raised in Michigan. He was introduced to the downriver community by his father Adnan Abbasi, MD, a surgeon who practiced locally in Allen Park.
Dr. Sami Abbasi trained and worked with top skin experts across the United States in community as well as academic training centers. Outside of Michigan, he spent time with other renowned board-certified dermatologists, plastic / cosmetic surgeons, Mohs surgeons, and dermatopathologists in Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, Tampa, and Chicago.
He then decided to practice in Michigan, where he could maintain ties with and give back to the community he came from.
