Narrow-minded -- not very caring about medication side effect concerns. And not sufficiently collaborative with me as the patient in problem solving and prevention.

It was an hour and 30 minute wait in a crowded, tight waiting room. The employees were very unprofessional and did not care about the patients. The place looked so unhygienic and dirty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

This doctor is has a very pleasant personality so I am sad to leave a negative review. He asked to leave the examination door wide open as there was "only one fan" in the entire facility with no air conditioning. On my way out and he made embarrassing comments on my urine sample and waved it up in the air, holding it up to the light, in front of a largely male audience. I have a thick skin for things like this, but I was very embarrassed at this point. I had a later appointment with the ultrasound technician there who complained the entire length of the ultrasound how her legs hurt. Initally I was concerned that she might be in pain; I asked what the cause was and she proceeded to complain how her job requires "standing all day". Needless to say I won't be returning. These "professionals" are kind but hardly professional.

I think it was a good visit because they took time to speak with me and talk about the medical condition that I was there for.

The office is very small. The waiting room is extremely cramped. The PA was very cool as well as Dr. Polepalle. They were both very professional. Their staff could use some much needed help.

Dr. Polepalle seems very knowledgeable and has a quiet, pleasant demeanor. The reception area is rather gloomy and the support staff need to bring its professional level up a notch.

He knows what he is talking about, plus he is a good doctor for urology.
