He was very polite .... treated me as if i was not just another patient... but treated me with genuine concern.

Think he already had plan of action before he heard background info. Nice guy, but office area was not welcoming.

I've been a patient of Dr. Narayan's for four months. His staff does not call you back and it takes over 3 weeks to refill prescriptions. Dr. Narayan is nice but his offices are unorganized and his staff lacks commitment to their jobs. I am still waiting on a voicemail I left 4 weeks ago. I've left several messages over the last 3 weeks and no one has yet to call me back or actually attempt to fix the issue. Poor customer service all around. Go elsewhere if you want assistance and not a headache.

I was very pleased with my overall visit!

He was very thorough, non-judgemental, and kind. After the last experience I had with another doctor in Frisco, I can definitely tell a difference. I would recommend him in a second!

He is a very nice person but I think that the recommendations were a little more than I think I was expecting. I am depressed but I have dealt with it and do not feel that I would need to go into a medical facility. On the first visit it was recommended that I check into a hospital for about 7-10 days or as an out patient for 5-10 days. I need some one to talk to and to put a game plan together. Not someone that wants me to be on 10 different drugs and go away for a while. I am intelligent and maybe depressed ok, really depressed for good reason. More drugs that would interact with the present drugs I am taking I feel is not the answer. I think now I may try some hoilistic medicines. I do howeer feel that the doctr is right about the tests he wants me to have done. If there is a hormone or medical in balance then I want to know it. I am just overwhelmed this week with the meds that the doctors I have seen are throwing at me.
