HE TOOK HIS TIME, WAS THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING MY COURSE OF TREATMENT, WAS A COMPLETE GENTLEMAN. HE NEVER RUSHED, AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO ASK IF I HAD ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS THAT HE DID NOT ALREADY COVER.

Zoc doc.com gave me a false apointment time. They booked me for 4:30 but when i got there @ 4:15 they were closed. Im very dissapointed. Waste of time and gas!

Overall, this was a great visit. There was a mix-up about the timing, as they tried to call me to tell me that the doctor had a meeting and would need to reschedule for an hour after my original appointment. I was out of the country and so didn't get the voicemail, and wished they would have emailed me (via ZocDoc or otherwise), but it seems ZocDoc can only send reminders for now. (I asked ZocDoc to add this feature, and they said they'd work on it.) I did have a brief wait, but the doctor had obviously rushed to get there as soon as possible, and my actual delay ended up being only 30 minutes. I felt Dr. Herbert took ample time with me, didn't try to rush me through, and explained my options well. He is very friendly and open, not arrogant like some doctors. Two notes: 1) Make sure you bring cash for your co-pay, as they don't take credit cards. 2) If Dr. Herbert says something will hurt "a little bit" it may hurt a bit more than that! He must have a high pain threshold...or else I'm just a wimp!

my only criticism was that it wasn't made clear to me until i showed up that the copay was "cash only." so i had to go out to an ATM. also, there were some pretty loud screaming kids in the waiting room, but i know that's just my bad luck. the doctor was very helpful and clear in his recommendations.
