Never fun to visit the gynocologist but Dr. Rustamova makes the experience much easier by always being very professional while also being very warm in her demeanor. She takes time with you if you need it and can also get to business very efficiently without feeling rushed.

I waited less than 15 minutes and needed to fill out some forms so they were ready when I was. This doctor really listened to me and let me talk to her about some things for a good while before beginning the annual exam. I felt she was warm and understanding while still being professional. The actual procedure was super speedy (in a good way.) This practice also seems to be up on the latest tests, techniques, and options for women and that means a lot to me. The front desk staff and sonogram tech were especially nice and speedy as well. Although everyone was gearing up to leave for the day, I never felt rushed.

I was so relaxed and very comfortable. This was the least stressed I have ever been about an exam. I always get very anxious about it because it is not the most pleasant thing to have to go through. But before I knew it the exam was over, I was really pleasantly surprised.

As usual, Dr. Rustamova was quick, professional, and no-nonsense--just what I like in a gynecologist! She was running a bit behind today (unlike the last time I saw her, when I was brought back right away), but it's no hardship to sit in her very nice waiting room. Her staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the basket of condoms in the bathroom, and was heartened to see that her office actually sells DivaCups--if you haven't tried one, they are fantastic!

She's very thorough, knowledgeable and is a great communicator. I highly recommend Dr. Rustamova. The only down side is the wait time, it's been my experience that good doctors in the city run behind by 30 mins at least. I usually wait between 30-45mins for my appointment at this office.

This was my first visit and the doctor sat down with me in her office first to go over my history and why I was there. She was thorough and easy to talk to. Then once it was time for the exam she let me get ready and then was in immediately after. No annoying wait time sitting in a johnny on paper. The exam was quick and easy. The exam was super quick. However, she didn't take too much time to explain what she was doing before she did it and making sure I was comfortable with it. I was so surprised when she sat with me in her office before I went in the exam room to talk to me. She went over my paperwork and asked if I had any questions or concerns, then a nurse took me to the exam room to change, where the doctor joined me only a minute or two later. Once the exam started it was over in just a few minutes. Dr. Rustamova was kind and quick without being rushed. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Rustamova has knowledgeable kind staff, an easy to get to location, & awesome equipment at her disposable. I really enjoy her new automated chair for the pap exams. It's so much more comfortable than the old medical slab thing where you have to scoot all the time. It's like the Rolls Royce of Gyno chairs! I would recommend Dr. R to everyone and already have 2 coworkers going there as well!

Dr. Rustamova was so professional and efficient. I generally hate my annual gyno visits but the exam was over in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this doctor.

I have been looking for GYN that actually follows through as well as listens and answers your questions. The staff was great and very efficient. The waiting room could be larger but NY rents are crazy so I get it. I love that she has sono equipment right in the office and that she can also perform non invasive procedures in the office as well. Well I think I found the GYN I have been looking for for many years. Thank you to all that have left reviews before me you helped me make my decision.

The didn't keep you waiting long, but the time spent with the doctor was less than 10 minutes. She was nice but she wasn't very informative at all, didn't explain what she was doing, and didn't really provide a setting where I could feel free to ask questions.

I was VERY impressed and felt at ease when meeting with Dr Rustamova. I was very nervous going into my appointment since I do not like going to the doctors very much, however I felt very calm, relaxed and comfortable to ask the questions that I had. My first visit to Dr. Rustamova for an annual exam was efficient and thorough. Dr. Rustomova is very direct and business-like; her exams are quick. If you prefer more of a soft, gentle, warm bedside manner, she is probably not for you. I would recommend her to friends. The office staff are great; location is convenient.

I have been to several different OB/GYNs in my life and Dr. Rustamova is one of the better ones. She takes the time to get to know you beforehand, is interested in your background, family history, etc and makes sure that you get all the proper testing needed (and checks in with you the entire time). I am very impressed and happy I was able to find a doctor that I am comfortable with!! I highly recommend.

Dr. Rustamova is extremely professional and thorough. She has a relaxing yet expedient way about her--a really rare combo. Dr. Rustamova is a great doctor. As a new patient, she sat with me in her office and went through my history and any thoughts/issues I may have. Very thorough and isn't into unnecessary testing (which is always a plus!).
