Finding a great gynecologist is hard, but when you find one, it's like gold. I am so happy I found Dr. Shahnoz, she is exactly what I need in a gynecologist- the girlfriend you can tell anything and who'll give it to you straight, plus the smart, thorough doctor you need. I will definitely be returning.

Receptive, good listener; clearly has had experience dealing with my problems/symptoms (not true of other doctors). Gave range of options for treatment (with pros/cons) instead of dictating one way. In other words, collaborative, treated me as an intelligent adult. Highly recommended.

The doctor was extremely professional yet very very approachable. In addition to that, she was also very knowledgeable on a medical level and is not overly dramatic about things. As someone who hates going to doctors, I stressed for a week before this appointment, but when I got there, everyone in the office made me feel comfortable. The sense of teamwork and everyone knowing their part in the office made a big difference. The entire staff, not just the doctor - is extremely competent. Also having an all female staff and extremely knowledgeable staff definitely made this visit much more comfortable. The ease of booking my own appointment online via ZocDoc and without having to deal with a third party made it much easier to commit to the appointment. Kudos to her for using technology the way it should be used.

Her staff at the front desk are really slow, both mentally and physically. I was waiting to have a procedure done and because of the long wait time (45 minutes), my anxiety mounted to the point where I was crying in the patient's seat when she finally brought me inside. Overall, not an enjoyable visit. Dr. Rustamova is not very reassuring and does not have a satisfactory bedside manner, either.

It took a little while to be seen but the exam was quick and well done. The only thing that bothered me was that during the vaginal exam (a very vulnerable time) Dr Rustamova asked in a very abrupt manner what I was doing to loose weight, and then invited me to her weight loss open house (for a medically supervised weight loss program). As a health care professional myself, I know that a healthy weight is important, but I felt that her approach was very aggressive and not at all well timed. Other than that, it was an well done exam and her office seemed to be well run.

Dr. Rustamova and her staff were very nice and welcoming. It was my first appointment there and I was a little early, but I filled out some paperwork and they took me in ahead of schedule. After a nurse took my weight and blood pressure, I met Dr. Rustamova and we spoke briefly about my medical history and any questions I had then had my routine exam which was quick, but not rushed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rustamova to others. I've had a lot of not so great experiences with obgyns so I was really pleasantly surprised with me experience here.

Dr. Rustamova was very direct and efficient but also personable. The exam was very thorough and included a rectal exam and sonogram (which none of my previous doctors have done). My only complaint was that there seemed to be some confusion among the staff members/receptionists in the reception area. There were about 5 people behind the desk discussing lunch plans and the like which made the reception area a little chaotic.

She was very thorough in both the annual exam and in informing me about insurance coverage vs the tests I wanted to have done. She even suggested I call my insurer to make sure things are covered so I don't accrue unknown charges. She also has a very friendly disposition. You can tell she puts thought and time into each patient. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and sisters.

Doctor was extremely curt and did not make me feel comfortable. She did the exam so quickly and left the room before I could ask her any questions. Any concerns that I did express, she waived them off as if they were nothing, but without providing reassurance. I would never see Dr. Rustamova again, nor refer my friends to her. Her husband/boyfriend was around the office, speaking Russian with the doctor, not in the examing room, but his presence in general added to the bizarre, uncomfortable nature of the entire experience. I'm certainly not opposed to having a male gyno, but it was unclear as to who he was or what he was doing there.

I picked Dr. Rustamova based on the reviews because I was looking for a doctor who would have a very open approach to the practice and did not involve her personal views/religion. She could be that doctor but I did not find out because I was in and out and we developed no doctor/patient trust as there was minimal exchange. I probably spent about 3min in her office discussing the history and another 5min for the checkup. Granted, I wasn't looking for a confessional but would have been nice for her to gather medical history and be more informative about options and questions.

As a first time patient, it would have been nice to have been told to come in really early to fill out the many forms. When the doc finally saw me, she seemed distracted and did not even ask questions pertaining to some of the highly personal information i had to provide in the forms. I waited almost half an hour in my gown before I was even seen. My first gynocologist was a male and he had a better bedside manner than she did. She was quick and very medical without even thinking of what I could be going through as a female patient. She did not speak to me or seem to care if I was in pain. After I left I was in pain and felt disgusting. She did not even say good bye. After this experience I think it's worth driving 2 hours from my home to see my old gynocologist. If you want to have a quick annual shes perfect but if you want to leave feeling like this is a place you can come again, dont bother.

In the past year, I needed to make two appointments with Dr. Rustamova and she cancelled on me three times. I don't have a flexible schedule and it is time consuming to constantly have to call back to reschedule. For this reason I would not recommend Dr. Rustamova for anyone who has a Monday to Friday job.

One stop shopping here. Wonderful GYN chair - sitting one minute, GYN exam the next - even has lumbar support! Can have labs,sono and restalyne treatments done all at the one spot. Very efficient and no muss, no fuss. Could get rid of the incessant TV advertising in the waiting area. Happy to discuss menopausal treatments and member of NAMS.

Never fun to visit the gynocologist but Dr. Rustamova makes the experience much easier by always being very professional while also being very warm in her demeanor. She takes time with you if you need it and can also get to business very efficiently without feeling rushed.

I waited less than 15 minutes and needed to fill out some forms so they were ready when I was. This doctor really listened to me and let me talk to her about some things for a good while before beginning the annual exam. I felt she was warm and understanding while still being professional. The actual procedure was super speedy (in a good way.) This practice also seems to be up on the latest tests, techniques, and options for women and that means a lot to me. The front desk staff and sonogram tech were especially nice and speedy as well. Although everyone was gearing up to leave for the day, I never felt rushed.

As usual, Dr. Rustamova was quick, professional, and no-nonsense--just what I like in a gynecologist! She was running a bit behind today (unlike the last time I saw her, when I was brought back right away), but it's no hardship to sit in her very nice waiting room. Her staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the basket of condoms in the bathroom, and was heartened to see that her office actually sells DivaCups--if you haven't tried one, they are fantastic!

I was so surprised when she sat with me in her office before I went in the exam room to talk to me. She went over my paperwork and asked if I had any questions or concerns, then a nurse took me to the exam room to change, where the doctor joined me only a minute or two later. Once the exam started it was over in just a few minutes. Dr. Rustamova was kind and quick without being rushed. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Rustamova has knowledgeable kind staff, an easy to get to location, & awesome equipment at her disposable. I really enjoy her new automated chair for the pap exams. I have been to several different OB/GYNs in my life and Dr. Rustamova is one of the better ones. She takes the time to get to know you beforehand, is interested in your background, family history, etc and makes sure that you get all the proper testing needed (and checks in with you the entire time).
