Dr. Sheldon Palgon MD

Dr. Sheldon Palgon was very thorough, gentle and took the time to answer my questions regarding my ear condition. I really liked his professionalism and bedside manner. He's 5 stars, as far as I am concerned. A big drawback is his rude staff with big-time attitude. I am a first-timer, and I was about 20 minutes late for my appointment due to bad traffic. His staff told me that I had to wait to see him since I was late, but there were 5 people ahead of me, and 2 were already being seen. I asked how long. She said maybe 1 hour. So I sat there because it's a Friday and I had a painful sinus infection...and watched as 15 other people came and left the office after I arrived. At one point, I even heard the office staff making snide comments that I was "SO LATE" that I deserved to wait until everyone else saw the doctor. I mean, really? Because I was 20 minutes late? That's bs and thanks for announcing it to everyone else in the waiting room. Another patient at the office was late for his appointment but apparently this rule does not apply to certain favorite patients who got to see the doctor 5 mins after he arrived. So 1.5 hours later, I finally got to see Dr. Palgon. Thanks, but no thanks.

Seemed very knowledgable of a wide range of ENT conditions and was open to listening to what I had to say, too.

He was a very nice doctor and was very helpful in giving his opinion om what we should do. He also recommend a doctor who is more experienced in the field of sleep apnea, and deviated septum.

Dr. Palgon was friendly, professional, and gentle. He was concerned of my situation and made the best medical decision as to how to remedy it. What was quite nice was the entire medical office atmosphere. It was clean, spacious and the staff was thorough. Glad I got rid of my previous ENT!

Saw Dr. Palgon to help clear up my impacted right ear. Extremely nice guy, extremely nice office staff. The doc diagnosed me right away, cleared me up and I was on my way. He even made sure my nose and throat were okay. Couldn't ask for better. Dr. Palgon is my go-to ENT guy from now on.

Dr. Sheldon was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to really assess my problem rather than just quickly going through the motions. I would definitely go to him again in the future.

Excellent service! Dr. Palgon conducted a very thorough examination involving numerous tests and, afterwards, he explained everything that he did, in detail. He also sent-in my prescription right there on the spot so I didn't have to make an extra trip to the pharmacy.

The doctor had lots of patience to hear to all my concerns, my previous diagnosis details in India and he spent a lot of time in diagnosing my problem. Finally he gave me a clear picture of my problem. He is also a nice human being since he gave me discount on the consultation fees as I did not have an insurance. very pleased it was my first time at the office - i got there on time and was called 2 min (!!!) after insurance adn paperwork was sorted out Dr Palgon seems very experienced in the field. he was very informative about my possible condition and very polite and friendly. No rush took his time to examine me and explained my options. staff at the reception was very nice too and they are open on saturdays! :)

Dr. Sheldon Palgon went above and beyond to care for my ears. I've always had trouble with them, and he took the time to explain what I could do to prevent some of those problems. The office staff was nice and friendly and the whole process was smooth, quick and easy.

Very good ent doctor. Went to see him after being seen by 4 ent doctors who didnt take me seriously. He is very professional and the staff are SO friendly. He isnt the smile smile type of doctor but he is very kind and knows what he is talking about. He tells no lie. Excellent doctor. It shows that he has great experience. Would highly recommend!!! The doctor's office was the most organized office I have ever been to. They get "it". Dr. Palgon was extremely thorough, and though he couldn't find anything specifically wrong with me, I was impressed with his detail and the procedures he conducted to find the source of my problem.
