Bedside Manner
Wait Time
With me being new to this doctors office I was just not happy with the wait time. I do understand that I had to do paper work but it has never taken this long in the past. Also when I scheduled a appt It was supposed to be at 4:40pm. I then had a rep to call me to say that they dont take new patients after 3:30 I just think this should have been in writing online. Over all it didnt seem like there was any type of urgency to get me seen. However when I was seen it was not by the doctor herself it was by her asst. Despite everything else the Asst was very nice in helping make sure I took care of everything I needed, She even called to schedule another appt I needed outside of the office.
