I think Dr. Young is great. He is personable and knowledgeable
As a previous patients has said, the staff is extremely sweet and helpful. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with Dr. Young's professionalism. Although he may be competent in his field, I felt that he was very short tempered and he was not very accommodating to my questions and concerns; he seemed to get annoyed very easily. In addition he told me that he would e-mail me information regarding my visit (diagnosis, treatment, etc..) however he never did.

The staff was extremely friendly! They even remembered a short telephone conversation we had two weeks before my appointment. I was a new patient. I came in 4 min before my appointment, they got me in, reviewed my paperwork, and I was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Young seemed friendly and knowledgable. To say the least it was an efficient and pleasant experience.

I saw Dr. Young for my plantar fasciitis, and was really impressed by his depth of knowledge and his ability to spot potential causes (such as posture and gait) that other podiatrists I visited missed completely.

The staff and Dr. Young were friendly and professional. The x-rays they took were blurry and smeared. That bothered me, but the doctor was still able to garner the information he needed to make a professional assessment of the condition.

Dr. Simon was unprofessional during my visit to his office discussing his personal problems while performing a check up. Furthermore, when discussing my condition I felt he was not sensitive to the manner and seemed desensitized to the possible seriousness of my diagnosis. As I left the office I asked the secretary for the medical name of what Dr. Simon diagnosed me with, in reponse the secretary asked the doctor and came back refusing to give me the name. The secretary stated that the doctor will e-mail me the information later in the day. Unfortunately, that time frame turned out to be a week. I am highly dissapointed with my visit and will not be returning to his office. Hopefully, his bedside manners improve.

Very friendly doctor, nice guy. The wait was eternal and office staff a little frazzled - I was surprised at how much my office visit cost (really basic, no major procedures needed) but was afraid to call because I overheard the conversations they were having with other patients. Office and waiting area felt a little tired/unclean - I liked Dr. Young as a person but probably wouldn't visit that location again.
It was an informative comprehensive visit. I would recommend and return myself to Dr. Young.
