She was very nice - addressed and diagnosed my urgent needs very quickly. I would like a little more hands on detailed examination though. She was very knowledgable and kind. I liked her. The wait was a little long, but the outer waiting area was very busy, so I could understand that. A busy practice is a good sign!

I didn't feel like she explained exactly what my condition was, and then she prescribed medication that I couldn't afford.

I was so very impressed with Dr. McKitty's service. Everything was done with such high regard from the short time I spent in the waiting room to the highly efficient service I received from the Doctor.

Worst part of the visit is the WAIT!! before seen the Dr. horrible!!! and its not just a one time thing it's all the time and the staff at the office has the WORST attitude and rude.

When I arrived for my appointment, they told me they didn't have me scheduled for an appointment at 9:45am. I showed them my confirmation email for the appointment on my iphone. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 11am, so they grouped me in to her appointment.They initially put us both in one room. When I told them that we probably needed more privacy for the appointments, they gave us separate rooms. Not very professional.

She addressed all 5 concerns I had during the appointment in an efficent manner and provided a clear reason for her chosen treatment of each concern.

Dr. McKitty was very professional. My only complaint was that she only saw me for about 5 minutes. She didn't give me a chance to discuss issues/concerns. Looked @ my rash, wrote a prescription...the end!

Dr. McKitty is very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Her office is clean, orderly and efficient. My entire visit lasted about 15 minutes, but I felt like I received the best treatment afforded to me. Highly recommend this doctor and office.

After explaining my problem to Doctor McKitty, she made her recommendation and never offered other options. She never asked if I had any questions after discussing what she recommended. When she left the room, she stated she would be right back, but she never retured. I thougt I could ask questions after she retuned, but she never did. The Assistant returned with presciptions and instructions. The doctor's lack of communication was not what I expected at all. At this point, I am not considering returning for a follow up visit.
