She and the nurse that was assisting her, were in a word: fantastic. My only complaint was there was someone in the front office that wasn't very friendly. But, I wouldn't keep that from recommending her as your ENT doctor. Dr. Chamblee addressed my ENT problem on the first visit and scheduled a follow-up visit to ensure the procedure she performed healed properly. She and her nurse were very friendly. The nurse couldn't have been more friendly. She made sure I was comfortable. She explained how she thought things would go (which was how things went). Dr. Chamblee was very good at explaining everything that was medically going on. She made sure all my questions were answered. She made sure I understood all of the possible complications. And, after asking for my consent, she performed the procedure. It couldn't have gone any better and I highly recommend her.
Very professional and detailed in explaining the issues related to my problem. I felt very comfortable talking to her and knowing that she offered some treatment options that I can consider.
