Dr. Sonali Lal MD

This doctor is amazing! She listens and explains in everyday terms your treatment plan. I Came in with extreme pain and anxiety over this and she really understood that and tried to ease my fears! I would recommend her to everyone!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME.....BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A PHYSICIAN.....FROM WALKING IN THE DOOR OF THE OFFICE WHERE THE STAFF IS SO WELCOMING AND HELPFUL, UNTIL YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR. I HAVE SEEN AT LEAST 20 DOCTORS OVER THE LAST YEAR TO HELP DIAGNOSE AND TREAT A SEVERE NERVE DISEASE I DEVELOPED AFTER A CASE OF SHINGLES. NOT ONE OF THOSE DOCTORS COULD COME NEAR THE LEVEL OF CARE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM DR. LAL. DR. LAL ACTUALLY LISTENS AND ABSORBS WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. SHE DOESN'T SPOUT THE STANDARD RESPONSES YOU NORMALLY HEAR FROM DOCTORS. HER BEDSIDE MANNER IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. IT'S OBVIOUS THAT SHE IS TRULY CONCERNED ABOUT YOU AND YOUR WELL BEING. IN HER TREATMENTS SHE IS INNOVATIVE, THINKS OUTSIDE THE BOX, AND WILL ABSOLUTELY FIND A WAY TO BETTER YOUR CONDITION. HONESTLY, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT DR. LAL. SHE WAS BORN TO BE A DOCTOR. ONE OF THE THINGS I FIND SO COMFORTING IS THAT AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH HER, SHE GIVES YOU HER EMAIL ADDRESS SO YOU CAN ALWAYS REACH HER. I HAVE HAD QUESTIONS ON THE WEEKEND REGARDING MEDICATION - DR. LAL ALWAYS RESPONDS. DR. LAL IS ONE OF A KIND AND IF YOU ARE ONE OF HER PATIENTS.....YOU ARE IN THE BEST OF HANDS!!!

I have had varying chronic pain issues for 20 years, so I’ve seen many doctors. Dr. Lal’s professionalism, clinical knowledge, technical and warm/ interpersonal skills are really appreciate. Dr. Lal never rushes you through your visit, shares new/ different treatments with you for consideration or your education, works with your other doctors for a holistic approach to your treatment, communicates effectively so you don’t leave the office confused, reviews your progress with you to see what is working or what needs to be modified, and if you have any issues she calls you back quickly. Since seeing Dr. Lal for close to a year, I continue to see improvements in the level of pain and the number of locations of pain. I have highly recommended Dr. Lal to friends and coworkers.

Dr. Lal is one of several providers I have seen over the years for a chronic cervical dystonia/complications with little to no successful treatment in the past. From the very first visit, I knew I'd find relief from her listening and understanding my dysfunctions, what/why past Tx's have failed, and her initial plan on how to proceed with treatment. Over the course of 5 or so months, Dr. Lal worked tirelessly with other members of my treatment team, my insurance company, and myself to strategize additional treatments, change treatments, and ensure me that she (unlike nearly all others) would not back down from such a chronic, difficult problem. She has patience beyond what I could ever hope for in a doctor, and confidant. Finally after nearly a decade of pain, loss of range of motion and frustration from numerous providers giving up on my condition, Dr. Lal made breakthroughs that I never thought possible. I could only wish that I had crossed her path earlier; however, I am forever grateful for her compassion, patience, and drive for patient quality of life.

Dr.Lal was excellent! She took her time and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed during the appt.She did a complete and thorough exam and even contacted my primary care to discuss my treatment plan. She had an organized plan of care and really seemed to care about helping me get better. She is knowledgeable,attentive and a highly professional doctor. Will be seeing her again and highly recommend.

Dr Sonali Lal was very professional and prompt. It was my first visit with her and she was friendly, thoughtful, listened to everything I said and gave very helpful advise. Her bedside manner was extremely welcoming and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into her office. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.
