One of the best medical experiences I've had in New York. Dr. Manolidis was quick, thorough, and personable. He was highly knowledgeable and confident. He seemed to really take pride in and enjoy his work — an increasingly rare trait in medical professionals.
Dr. Manolidis was excellent. He had a well-equipped, clean examination room and seemed to take a more conservative approach than most doctors. The waiting room was a little hectic, but I was only there for a few minutes.

Dr Manolidis was very thorough. I've had chronic ear problems for years and he was the first do for to truly take time to talk to me like an adult about them, and truly give me an idea of what's going on, and possible treatment options. I highly recommend him as a doctor. Wait time was a little longer than I had hoped, but I was prepared for it.

It was great! This is the first time I have ever been to Dr. Manolidis and I will definitely be going back. He did not rush the appointment at all and answers all my questions. Great appointment!

I don't think 25 minutes for a wait really deserves 4 stars, but that's how ZocDoc sets the scale. The wait time was the only unpleasant part of the experience, and probably not in the doctor's control, as he works in the Beth Israel system, which has been administratively inept with my time before. Manolidis is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I do recommend.

Dr. Manolidis is very pleasant, smart, confident and professional. My only criticism is the wait time. My appointment was at 4:15 and I wasn't seen my him until about 4:50.

It was a short appointment this time, but the office was organised, quick and Dr. Manolidis had a great way about him that made me feel comfortable. I liked him, and observed him with another (obviously regular) patient that he was so kind and friendly with. Great first impression.

I found Dr. Manolidis to be kind and thorough during my examination. Unfortunately, that seemed to end as soon as my appointment was over. The doctor sent me for a biopsy, where I was told that the results would be sent to Dr. Manolidis within a couple of days. When I didn't hear from him within a week, I called his office. I called again in two weeks. I called again a month later. Still haven't heard back with the results. I guess I'll assume no news is good news, but still, I've never encountered a doctor that didn't call with the results, even if everything was found to be normal.

Dr. Manolidis explained my problem to me in a way that was easy for me to understand, and gave me the knowledge to prevent it from happening in the future.

Dr. Spiro Manolidis was great. He was very efficient, listened to my history, and definitely knew what my problems with my sinuses were even in a short time. I will say the wait time for the office was a bit ridiculous, as I was not seen for 40 minutes into my scheduled appointment time (and I got there a few minutes early). I would definitely recommend him to my friends and coworkers though!

Wait Time
On my first visit, Dr. Manolidis was rushed by the unusual amount of overbooking that was done for that day. Additionally, the referral that was faxed by my doctor was mysteriously missing, further delaying things. Once you are seen, it is clear that Dr. Manolidis knows what he is doing, but I feel he lacks the attention to his patients in explaining a procedure (and its outcome) directly to the patient. In my case, there were some complications to the procedure I had done, and he did not explain those complications directly to me. That is unacceptable.

Dr. Manolidis was super solution-oriented in helping solve my pulsatile tinnitus. He seemed incredibly knowledgeable about my symptoms. I did have to slow him down a bit when explaining what his prognosis was but, still, incredibly friendly guy.

Dr. Manolidis is a fine ENT physician - very reassuring. Great for hypochondriacs like me! He took the time to explain various conditions and was willing to double check things. (He is a little older than he looks in this photograph.) I would recommend him for ear-related issues, either as a first or 2nd opinion doctor.

He was friendly, competent, and put me at ease, but I didn't feel like he really educated me much about what was wrong with me. I had a lot of questions that I didn't get a chance to ask, since it was very much in-and-out.

Dr. Manolidis is terrific! Not only was he courteous but his diagnosis of my ear was explained to me better than any doctor ever has. This man clearly knows his stuff! I finally feel like I found the right doctor who will listen and be thorough. I am so pleased with the ZocDoc process as it helped me locate this physician.
