Dr. Kieserman is very good. I took another job in Westchester, which increases my travel time but I know he is great. He helped me early in 2010 with my ear.

Waiting room and office are clean and professional. Front-desk staff were friendly, nice, helpful, and professional--they made follow-up calls and returned calls when they were supposed to and weren't rude when I had extra requests. As for the doctor, it seemed like he assumed that I knew more about ENT stuff than I did. I had to keep asking "what is that, what does that mean," but once I did ask he offered full explanations and wasn't annoyed at my questions or anything.

I think he is a good Dr. who is very good at helping you through your medical issues that can span more than a day. His staff is very efficient and courteous - which says a lot. During the day, if you leave word for the Dr., he calls you back. And, he takes insurance.

Almost no wait time at all and Dr. Kieserman has a great bedside manner. Truly a nice guy who knows his stuff.

He Listen very well to me and made me feel very comfortable. I left his office feeling very informed about what was wrong with my throat. Thank you! Go see him if you need an ENT doctor.

Very nice and thoughtful; was sure to listen to all my concerns. Also appeared to be very competent, and quickly identified any issues I had and prescribed the appropriate follow-up. I will use again if I need an ENT.

He was great and also had an awesome attitude. There wasn't a speck of rudeness and I felt all the people who where working there nice and helpful. Though the wait was long (about 40 min to see me.) It was worth the wait, he's great.

Dr. Kieserman was very knowledgeable and caring. He was extremely friendly and made me chuckle a couple of times. I would highly recommend him. He made me feel very much at ease. His staff was also very helpful and pleasant.

Long wait, but Dr. Kieserman was EXTREMELY helpful and thorough in his ENT examination. The office isn't the nicest I've ever been in, but it did the job.

Dr. Kieserman was interested, efficient, straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful. he listened to my story and answered all my questions. he didn't have an answer for my hearing problem but i'm happy i went to see him, it was time well spent and a good visit

Dr. Kieserman was prompt, clearly knowledgable, friendly and made me laugh even with a major headache and sinus infection. I would definitely recommend him- he didn't seem like one of those doctors who was just trying to get people in and out- rather one who was genuinely trying to find a solution!

He is very knowledgeable in his practice of Nose, Ear, and Throat, and professional. He wastes no time in getting down to work in identifying patients' ailments and or recommending a referral right away.

Dr.Kieserman and his staff are very friendly. The wait is very long but it is probably due to fact that holiday is coming and there are numerous patients. Overall, the facility seemed very professional, I look forward to the second appointment.
