This review is based on having been to the office twice-for my original appointment and a follow up appointment. The first time, I scheduled my appt. on Zocdoc w/ Dr. Simons, but upon arriving, I was told that he was not in, so I met with nurse practitioner Bill Wagner. He was very down to earth and took the time to explain things. I didn't find this to be the case with Dr. Simons. He seemed fairly indifferent. For example, he told me I had an infection, but didn't tell me what kind it was until I asked. This is not okay. In terms of the office staff, they seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere. Also, when scheduling a followup, it appears that they just pick a date at random, so make sure you request a specific date and time and if you reschedule an appointment TRIPLE check that it was actually rescheduled.

Dr. Simons is a serious, caring doctor. His exam was thorough, his concern was reassuring & I followed his recommendations. I appreciate it, Dr. Simons!
