I had an 8:30am appointment, so there was not wait since I was the first patient. Dr. Roberts was extremely unfriendly and did not seem too concerned about my problem. This was my first visit and her first words when she walked in were "So what's wrong with your ___". No hello, welcome to our office, how are you feeling... She wrote me a prescription and then walked away without saying goodbye. I was notified by the assistant that the doctor would like to see my for a follow up; Dr. Roberts mentioned none of this. If you need a quick prescription and want an early appointment, go for it. Just don't expect to feel welcomed or that you will receive much consultation.

The doctor was very professional and the visit went smoothly. She was nice and asked many question. She was great and her staff was just as nice and friendly. Am looking forward to my next visit.
