Dr. Arsht attended The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where he was admitted to the University’s medical school after his sophomore year. He was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, graduating magna cum laude in 1991.
