The Staff and Dr. Koenig were very friendly, professional & courteous. Dr. Koenig was very attentive & Thorough too. And the best part was that I was able to make an appointment at the last minute and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor.

Dr. Koenig saw me right away, was very thorough and took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns. His staff was friendly and efficient, too. I don't think I've ever had such a pleasant visit to a doctor's office!

He could have taken more time to explain the process of getting new contacts to me. He also could have told me something about my vision and what was happening in my eyes. I didn't feel rushed but I also didn't feel like I had his complete attention as a patient.

There were some technical issues regarding the booking on ZocDoc and the listing of insurances accepted, but Dr. Koenig and his staff were very understanding and helpful and worked with me. Will certainly recommend his services to others!
