Dr. Steven Kushnick MD

Listened intelligently to my concerns, followed through with action without babying me. I had another meeting after too so Dr. Kushnick saw my immediately - all around a good experience (for having to see an ENT at least...)

Doctor was backed up several hours and did not feel the need to inform patients. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I went to ask, and only then was I informed, with major attitude, that there were many patients ahead of me and it would be a very long time. They knew when I arrived that it would be several hours- it would have been nice to have been told and given the option to reschedule. Weirdest part- he made pointless small talk with me for 15 or 20 minutes while patients who had been waiting for hours continued to wait outside...

He is an excellent and personable doctor and I felt that he truly cared about my issue and my situation, was also just generally interested in me as a person. Great guy - the only complaint I have is the long wait time, but if you're prepared for this it's worth it. Conveniently located at Brooklyn Hospital.

Very pleasant, even with the wait.

There were lots of people there, but the visit was quick. Confirmed what I already suspected. So this was more a second opinion visit.

Although a long wait to see him, (which happens rarely according to an established patient who had been waiting there as well), Dr. Kushnick was friendly and had well bed side manners, which is a privilege to get with some of these doctors now a days. Although he had many patients waiting to see him, I didn't feel rushed at all by him. He performed a thorough exam and was able to treat my problem on the spot and had answered all my questions.

The doctor was friendly and knowledgable. However, the wait was over an hour long. I arrived at 3pm for a 3:15 appointment and was not seen until 4:20. The waiting room was overcrowded to the point that people were sitting on the floor and standing. It was alsp incredibly hot in the waiting room making it more unpleasant.

Great guy, nice sense of humor. Honest. Warm staff. Waiting room was full but surprisingly my wait was not long. I'd recommend...

they need to go by appointment time not who doctors decide

Helpful doctor, solid advice.

I liked the Dr. Kushnick once I saw him, but it was clear he was overbooked. The waiting area was somewhat loud and hot with a lot of people waiting for their appointment with him. I waited 45 before he was able to see me. Even though he was almost an hour behind schedule, I did not feel rushed during my appointment and he seemed knowledgeable and was helpful. I would go back to see the doctor, but didn't love the waiting room experience.

Excellent. Professional. Knew what to do and was friendly and helpful.

It was okay, nothing too spectacular, but not bad. One of his receptionist was a tad rude.

I had to wait over an hour and allergy testing is not done in his office so I was given a referral. But otherwise, I was happy with my visit-- Dr. Kushnick was really friendly and knowledgeable, and addressed my other ENT concerns.

I had a great visit. He was pleasant to speak to and I will seek his assistance in the future.

Dr Kushnick was very courteous and professional. My visit was quick and wait was not long. I would def recommend him to others seeking an ENT consultation.

I thought he was great. It was my first visit and I was very nervous as I am very pickey about Doctors and will walk out if I feel the slightest bit uncomfortable or faced with rude staff. The Docotr, his medical student assistant and his staff were excellent. I will definately go back to him and would reccommend him to anyone lloking for an ear nose and throat Doctor.

My impression is that he was/is overbooked and that's why he has to do everything really quick. It is not that he was rushing carelessly. I feel like he was trying to work as efficiently as possible. Time management is key if you're overbooked. Some people like to tell the doctors long stories about their conditions and they want to be heard. In this case, you have to be precise, say exactly what you have and/or what you'd like and he will ask you more questions as needed

I must say that my Visit with Dr Steven Kushnick was great. He was very friendly and spoke to me in terms that i could understand. He also helped alleviate some of the hearing issues I was facing!!!

Awesome experience. He saw me right away and was easy to speak with.

So far I'm pleased with my visit to Dr. Kushnick's office. A hearing test was administered and based on result Dr. Is sending me for further tests. Sorry I didn't find him earlier.
