Front office person rude and was not truthful about wait time. Office manager was great and helped me. 1/2 of office time with eye test was stressful and waste of time. Dr Leff was nice and pleasant. Trusted his credentials. Diagnosis was frightening and I did not quite understand what was specifically wrong until I researched it on the internet. Will be following up with Dr leff in one week. By the way the office front desk person greeted me as oh you are the zoc doc patient. Why did you not fill out the new patient papers online. I told her there was no access to fill them out.
